Order confirmation

Shipping confirmation

All orders placed on the Website are subject to our acceptance, and we may choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. After we have processed your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. If an object is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. If we have already received payment for your order, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Shipping

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order. Up to and including the delivery, des Fragments bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.

Payment

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cartes Bancaires, JCB, China Union Pay, Diners, ApplePay, Electron, Maestro, PayPal and bank transfers. Once we have sent you the order confirmation email, your card will be charged with the purchase amount.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are either the owner of the credit/debit card being used or have been authorized by the owner to use it. All credit/debit card holders will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to des Fragments, your order will be cancelled.

Please note that any charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider as a result of processing your payment for your order are not our responsibility.
